Danny McFadden, PE

Danny’s career spans more than 24 years in the engineering profession, including extensive work in the design and management of public infrastructure, parks, site improvements, and master planned communities. He joined GCW in 1996. Working with some of the nation’s most prominent developers, he has directed large-scale projects and senior design teams, and has been responsible for expanding the firm’s engineering services on land development projects in and around the Las Vegas Valley. He provides a critical leadership role; scheduling engineering activities, overseeing development agreement between developers and governmental agencies, and providing central coordination between the client and in-house engineering, planning, and design groups.

Danny also oversees the GCW QA Committee, which develops and implements effective and efficient quality assurance procedures and protocols. The QA Committee is comprised of representatives from each of the disciplines and specialty groups of the firm to regularly assess the consistency and completeness of project deliverables, the adherence to established guidelines and criteria, the coordination of oversight reviews, and to analyze methods and deliver recommendations to enhance the QA program.
