Tim McCoy, PE, PTOE

Tim has over 16 years of experience, 14 with GCW, in transportation planning and design. He has managed transportation projects for state and local agencies and regional transportation authorities throughout Nevada. Projects include urban arterials, rural highways, freeways and transit corridors. He is responsible for overseeing the roadway design group and coordinating in-house design teams including traffic, drainage, survey/right-of-way, structural and electrical. Tim is certified as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) and also is involved with projects related to traffic design (signing, striping, and signals), traffic control plans and Intelligent Transportation Systems.
