Jim VanWoerkom

Jim has over 30 years experience in planning, negotiating, analyzing, evaluating, and reporting corporate financial matters. He is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of GCW operations, and provides leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the firm. He provides consultative support to establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. He works closely with tax consultants regarding income tax matters and compliance with IRS regulations.

Jim also oversees the Human Resources Department functions, evaluating the adequacy of insurance coverage and administering employee benefit plans. Furthermore, he directs and manages the IT Department’s computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programs and schedules. Jim began his tenure at GCW in 2006.
