Scott Plummer, PE

Scott has supervised and/or managed the design and construction of a wide variety of public and private projects with extensive experience ranging from design and construction administration of highway, arterial streets, and traffic engineering projects, as well as the civil engineering design for millions of square feet of successful institutional, educational, commercial, industrial, and retail space. Since joining GCW in 1986, he has been involved with mixed-used developments, drainage and pavement improvements, right-of-way acquisitions, and formation of improvement districts for project funding. He has particular expertise in highway safety and transportation design including planning and feasibility studies, corridor assessments, and alternative analyses. Scott has over 26 years of experience, and has served as director of projects for which GCW has prime consultant responsibility, as well as those for which the firm has served as a member of a large consulting team. Scott is responsible for assignment of personnel, budget and schedule control, and quality assurance reviews.
