Eugene Wright, PE

Gene has over 32 years of experience in consulting engineering. He has managed a wide variety of public and private projects with extensive experience ranging from design and construction management of highway, arterial streets, and civil site designs for industrial, educational, municipal, and commercial facilities. For nine years prior to his current assignment, Gene was the Master Plan Engineer for Summerlin South. Currently, Gene oversees several groups responsible for numerous residential developments, land use projects, and major master plans, such as the 40,000-acre Coyote Springs community. He coordinates multi-discipline design teams serving some of Nevada’s largest private landowners and land development companies, and works closely with the master residential builders to provide professional engineering products and facilities for these expansive projects. Gene also directs the Utilities Division, which is dedicated solely to providing quality dry utility coordination, management, and design services within the public and private sectors. Gene joined GCW in 1994.
