G CW has a long history of providing engineering planning, design engineering, and design team coordination for large tracts of land developed under single master plans. Acting as the client's agent, we identify large blocks of suitable BLM land eligible for exchange, prepare project-to-completion cost estimates for all necessary on-site and off-site improvements, and develop phasing plans for those improvements - incorporating substantial recreational and public amenities. We perform various studies and analyses, as well as the design of infrastructure facilities including: mass grading, arterial roadways, water lines, pumping stations, reservoirs, sewer pipelines, storm drains, channels, and detention basins.
