Specifications

The Specification division provides services to our internal engineering design teams, various local agencies, and other A/E consulting firms by developing and managing their construction contact documents and technical specifications, including material/product research and coordinating input from architects, engineers, CADD personnel, project management, and owners. This detail-intensive process determines the overall quality of the construction project by communicating the design and administering the contract for its construction. Our experience has trained our specifications staff to keep current with industry standards, practices, products, and protocols.
