Surveying Right-of-Way |
|
Land surveying establishes, marks, and verifies
boundaries, providing accurate documentation in a legally defensible matter. Our experience has
trained our survey staff to measure, analyze, and calculate data responsibly for inclusion in the
land net, and to adhere to established standards to facilitate data sharing. Our mapping staff
researches existing right-of-way, and propose appropriations necessary for improvement projects
that are sensitive to affected residences and businesses. Our construction staking staff has
developed internal processes and procedures that maximize productivity while minimizing rework
in locating and laying out construction projects as well as perpetuating affected property,
controlling corners for monument preservation.
