McCarran Airport Terminal 3 Roadways |

GCW is currently providing design-engineering services
for McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas.
The project consists of the design and preparation of
construction documents for the access and recirculation roadway system, storm drainage, water distribution,
and sanitary sewer systems related to the proposed Terminal 3. The access and recirculation roadways
include elevated sections consisting of 20 bridges and embankments constructed using mechanically
stabilized earth (MSE) retaining walls. This project also includes the design of at-grade parking and
staging areas for taxicabs, buses, limousines, and shuttles. At-grade parking for oversized vehicles
and overflow from the parking garage is also included. Drainage facilities for collection and conveyance
of storm flows include the modification of existing airport detention basins. The services provided also
include the preparation of a Traffic Study, Drainage Study, Water System Analysis, Sanitary Sewer System
Analysis, and Construction Specifications.
